The Concord Middle School PTG list is used for one-way communications from the PTG and CMS administration to the list members. Communications sent via this list are primarily the Thursday Bulletin and the Missive. Other time-critical and school-related messages may also be sent. Using CMS
In general, only the editors of the PTG communications (Missive and Bulletin), PTG Officers and CMS Administrators are allowed to post to this list. Other messages will be rejected unless previously approved by designated PTG or CMS administrators. Short instructions for posting messages to this list: Send your message to cms@lists.ptg-concord.org Use the subject line to briefly describe the message; do not use the subject line to ask the list adminstrators for permission to post. Try to be specific with your subject (e.g., "Teen Dialogue Night" is better than "Message for CMS list"). Put ***DO NOT USE YOUR REPLY BUTTON TO REPLY TO THIS MESSAGE*** at the beginning and end of the body of the email. Make sure to include your name and email address in the body of the message . The email system automatically replaces your email address in the From: field with "cms@lists.ptg-concord.org" so unless you include your email address in the message, readers will have no way of responding. Please send questions or comments regarding the system to cms-owner@lists.ptg-concord.org.
Subscribing to CMS
This list is a combination of all of the CMS grade level lists and the CMS staff list. Direct subscription to this list is not possible. In order to receive mail sent to this list, you must subscribe to one of the grade level lists. They are named 'cms-' followed by the CMS graduation year. Information on those lists is located here.
