[CCHS-2008] Appeal for Parent Volunteers -- Class of 2008

[CCHS 2008]

*Attention Class of 2008 Parents
*

*We need your help to ensure a successful start to the social season!*

The Sophomore class is hosting the first dance of the school year for 
*Freshman and Sophomore students only*.  The dance will be held on 
Saturday, September 17, 2005, from 7:30 to 10:30 in the CCHS Cafeteria.

*Sophomore Parent Volunteers are needed* for the following:

1. *Chaperones*: We need 12 parents to work for each shift of 7:00 to 
9:00 or 9:00 to 10:30 (feel free to work both shifts!)

2. *Cleanup*: Parents are needed to cleanup from 10:15 to 11:15. 
Consider lending a hand when you come to pick up your son or daughter.

3. *Refreshments*:  We are requesting the following donations of food 
and drinks:

        -Snacks - Pretzels, potato chips, etc.

        -Cookies/brownies (no nuts please)

        -Water, juice & non-caffeine drinks in individual plastic 
bottles or cans
  (6-8oz size works well)  *No Glass Please
*
        -Napkins & Plates

        -Ice

Items may be dropped off the night of the dance (after 6:30) at the 
cafeteria door facing the street, or anytime during the week at 312 
Deacon Haynes Rd., Concord.
