[CCHS-2008] CCHS AOL PROBLEMS

Dear Subscribers,

We have been told by AOL that the blocking problem that has been plaguing our system for several weeks has been resolved.  On Wednesday we sent a notice through the CCHS Listserver and asked that AOL users respond to the email to let us know that you have received it.  That is the only way that we have to test the system.  We received enough responses to imply that the system is working and that we are communicating effectively with our AOL users.  However, we did not receive replies from nearly as many users as we would have liked.

PLEASE check your spam folders and check your firewall settings to make sure that you are able to receive the CCHS mailings.  At this point we have every reason to believe that the problem now resides on individual computers, as we have confidence that a number of AOL users DID receive the test email.
