[CCHS-2008] Re-send - Class of 2008 Senior Portrait for Yearbook

Hello class of 2008 students and parents, 
I apologize that my first communication about the 2008 yearbook was with
an attachment that seems to be infected with a virus. The computer support
guys at CCHS are checking out my computer, so meanwhile I have included in
the body of the e-mail below the information that was in that attachment!

Attention Class of 2008! 
Believe it or not, it is time to start thinking about senior portraits and
the 2008 yearbook. 

Anderson Photo, the official photographer for senior portraits at CCHS, is
ready to begin taking senior portraits. Call (978) 369-9530 to schedule an
appointment. Early bird specials are available for students who schedule
an appointment and have their portrait taken early. 

While many students tend to wait until the end of the summer to have their
portrait taken, realize that the weather and lighting for portraits is
actually significantly better in the spring than it is in the summer. It
is therefore recommended that the portrait photos be taken before the end
of this school year. 

If you are thinking that it is too early to start thinking about this,
please realize that all photo deadlines for the yearbook are being moved
up (from previous years) in the hopes of getting yearbooks distributed to
seniors earlier. This year’s dates do closely match those of last years. 

If you have your portrait taken at Anderson Photo, you do not need to
submit a senior portrait to the yearbook. Anderson Photo will submit a
digital photo, in the correct resolution and size on your behalf. 

Parents – it’s never too early to begin thinking about your parent ad.
This year, Anderson Photo will offer a discount on designing your parent
ad if your senior has his/her portrait taken there. Information should be
arriving by mail shortly or you may call them at (978) 369-9530 to find
out more. 

Information regarding photo/ad submission will be forthcoming. If you are
not signed up to receive Class of 2008 emails, please register. We will
use the list serve to communicate with you over the summer and throughout
the year. 

Deadlines for 2008 Bridge submissions (dropped off at CC or mailed to
Jennifer Benson) are as follows:

Senior Portrait: Friday, September 7, 2007
Parent Ads: Friday, September 7, 2007

Student Ads/Collages: Friday, September 14, 2007
Baby Pictures & Write-ups: Friday, September 14, 2007

Senior Summer: Friday, September 21, 2007
Remember When: Friday, September 21, 2007
Junior Prom/Sophomore Semi: Friday, September 21, 2007

Yearbook orders: Friday, November 30, 2007

newsletter)
