ATTENTION CLASS OF 2008 PARENTS
YOUR HELP IS STILL NEEDED

Faculty/Staff Appreciation Luncheon
Friday, May 16

The senior class hosts a luncheon for all CCHS faculty and staff toward the
end of the academic year, usually held in the faculty lounge off the
cafeteria.  All food is prepared and delivered to CCHS.  Room is decorated.
Lunch is served in three shifts.  It’s an event greatly appreciated by
faculty and staff.

We need your help in one of three ways:

1.     Help with set-up, serving, and cleanup on day of the event.  If you

can add your name to the volunteer list. Help needed for any one of three
shifts:
8:30 to 10:30
10:30 to 12:30
12:30 to 2:30
2.     Food Preparation – may involve cooking or shopping and washing and
chopping tasks!  If you can help, please reply to Janet Gillies at

and let her know she can add your name to the volunteer list.
3.     Make a donation – too busy for #1 or #2 – no problem – we need
financial support to offset the costs of this event.  If you are in a
