[CCHS-2009] Update on 2009 Dance - Parent Help Requested!

Dear Freshmen Parents,

Many of you are aware that there will be a  CCHS Class of 2009 ONLY dance 
(no guests please) that will be held at the Concord Elks in West Concord on 
this Friday April 7. Since there were no open dates for the class to have 
this dance at the High School-they chose to have it at the Elks. Since it 
is not at the high school – it will be a parent sponsored event.

Tickets will be sold at school as well as available at the door. We will 
have a freshmen list at the door and a school ID is necessary. The dance 
starts at 7:30 PM-the doors will close 8:15 PM. Also, please note once your 
child has been admitted to the dance they must stay until the dance is over 
at 10:30 unless accompanied by a parent.

Thank you to Barbara and Tom Bjornson, Sandy and Phil Peck, Kate 
McCandless, Lisa Betancourt, Pattie Driscoll, Susan Gentile, Mary Ellis, 
Kathe and Lou Falzer, and Ann Slocum for volunteering to chaperone. Since 
there will be no teachers in attendance we do need a few more chaperones-it 
would be great to get a couple of fathers. We will also have a police 
officer helping out.

Drinks will be supplied-thanks to Karen Verrill for offering to pick these 
up.. Also, approximately 10 parents are needed to supply 2 dozen of cookies 
or brownies (please individually wrap and no nuts-thanks), 10 parents to 
supply 2 dozen small bags of potato chips, pretzels or similar type snack.
