[CCHS-2009] Six Flags permission slip

FRESHMAN CLASS TRIP

The freshman class is going on a trip to Six Flags on Saturday, April 29th! We
will leave the High School at 12:15 pm and return around 10:00 pm. Upon our
return we will clean up the sophomore-semiformal. Please plan on getting picked
up from the high school at 11:00 pm. Please be dropped off and picked up in the
front of the school.

We will buy tickets as a group so that we can receive a discount. The cost for
this fieldtrip is $35.00; this includes transportation and admission to the 
park. If
you are interested in going on the trip, you must turn in your permission 
slip to
the box located in the science office (next to S-9) by Friday, April 28th. 
Please
place your check and the permission slip in an envelope and write your name on
the outside. Checks can be made payable to "CCHS Class of 2009".

Here are the important details again:
WHAT: Freshman Class Trip to Six Flags
DATE: Saturday, April 29th
TIME: 12:15 pm to 11:00 pm
COST: $35.00 (includes transportation and admission to the park)

Remember to return your check (payable to "CCHS Class of 2009") and
permission slip to the box in the science office by Friday April 28th.
