[CCHS-2009] CARE PACKAGE FOR EXAM WEEK

Want to support your son or daughter during the stressful week of midyear 
exams?...
  Then send them a Care Package!
(A Fundraiser to Benefit CCHS Class of 2009)

Midyear exam week is a time when students are constantly studying and could 
really use a boost of energy.  Sending your child a care package is one way 
to help them out during this time.  Care Packages contain many treats 
including fruit, cookies, bottled water, candy, granola bar, pencil, 
Cheez-its, and a coupon for use in the cafeteria.  You can send your child 
a care package that will be delivered to him/her the week of exams for $15.

If you would like to order a care package for your child, please send in 
the form below along with a check made payable to "CCHS Class of 2009" for 
$15 to:

Forms are due Friday, January 12, 2007.  Feel free to include a personal 
note to your son/daughter wishing them good luck on their exams that can be 
included in the package.
