[CCHS-2009] DONATIONS FOR SPRING FLING

Dear Class Parents,
             We are having a 10th grade event 
with the Senior Citizens - Spring Fling 2007 - on 
April 29th from 2 – 4 pm in the CCHS cafeteria. 
We ask parents to help defray the cost of 
refreshments. Please email Anne Marks at

with your donations. The food trays requests are:

1.      50 fruit kabobs (fruit on sticks) 5 trays of 10 kabobs each.

2.      Four cheese and cracker trays: each serving 10 people.

3.      72 cookies: 6 trays of dozen cookies.

4.      40 small brownies: 4 trays of 10 each.

5.      20 lemon squares: 2 plates of 10 each.

6.      20 petit fours: 2 plates of 10 each.

7.      4 liters of ginger ale

8.      4 liters of seltzer

9.      4 large bottles of Adam & Eve juice 
(cranberry,raspberry, pomegranates etc)

10. monetary donations for door prizes: send 
checks to Kathy Robey at 144 Riverdale Rd in 
Concord, MA 01742 (made out to Class of 2009)

Food can be dropped off at the CCHS cafeteria on 
the day of the event between 1 – 2 pm. If this is 
inconvenient, please call Tricia Reed in Carlisle 
at 978-369-0135 or in Concord, call Caroline 
Steele at 978-369-8185. Students can contact 
Maddy Bilodeau for volunteer  and community service information.
