[CCHS-2009] "THANKS!" and LOOKING AHEAD

Greetings,

Well do you believe Class of 2009 is half way through their high 
school days. The class has been blessed with many, many supportive 
parents. There was never a lack of response for help when needed. 
More than 125 parents contributed to the many successful events. Many 
thanks to all of you who have chaired events, baked brownies and 
cookies, made fruit kabobs, provided water and snacks, chaperoned, 
set up, decorated, took pictures, and cleaned up, mentored our kids, 
organized the clothing sales, organized the fund raisers, took care 
of communication and  took care of our finances (a report will 
follow-we are in good shape).

Here is a preview of some of the events that are planned (upon 
approval of our new principal Peter Badalmant) for the class of 2009 
next academic year.

September 7 or 8 - '09 sponsored dance
September 24 - Back to School Night  ( class of 2009 sells clothing)
September 28 - '09 Football Game Tailgate
October 3 - '09 Guidance Meeting
October 19 - '09 Soccer GameTailgate
October 28 - '09 Halloween Carnival
November 17 - '09 sponsors Senior Citizen Thanksgiving Luncheon
December 4  - '09 run a food can drive
December 6 - Conference Night (class of 2009 sells Amaryllis Bulbs 
and Clothing)
December 12 - Information session on financial aid for '08 and '09
May 16 - Junior Prom (The Westin in Waltham)
