Welcome Back Class of 2009 Parents,

Hope you all had an enjoyable summer. The class officers have met and 
are on their way to a successful and enjoyable Junior year. They have 
taken responsibilities for
many of the tasks. However, there are many parent run activities and 
opportunities for parents to support the kids. Your support and help 
is always so appreciated.

Here are the activities on the calendar presently. Listed also is 
where parents are
needed to help or be the parent chair working with the kids. If you 
are interested in any of these, please e-mail

These are the events for 2007-2008.
September 24 - Back to School Night (Class will sell clothing). 
Officers are taking care of selling.

September 28 - Football Tailgate Party for Parents & Class. This is 
parent run, would someone like to chair? Maureen, Pattie?

September 30 - Parent Pot Luck Social, Sunday 6:30-8:30 PM. This is 
parent run. Would someone like to offer their Home?

October 3 - Class of '09 Guidance Night for Parents at CCHS. This is 
run by the guidance department.

October 19 - Night Soccer Game Tailgate for Parent & Class. This is 
parent run. Would someone like to chair? Karen?

November 17 - Traditional Senior Citizen Thanksgiving Day Luncheon 
give by the Junior Class. This is run by parents and kids. Four-five 
parents are needed as well as volunteers for baked goods. Would you 
be available? Tracey, Tricia?

December 4 - Can Food Drive. This is run by the class.

December 6 - Conference Day. The class sells clothing and Amaryllis 
Bulbs. The kids take care of the clothing, we need a parent to run 
the Amaryllis Bulb sale. Would someone like to take this on? Laurie?

Other Dates to Put on Your Calendar for 2008
March 23 - Parent Pot Luck Evening Social. Would someone like to 
offer their home? Possibly in 
Carlisle.

May 16 - Junior Prom. Parent Chairs will be needed?
May 16 - Parent Social after kids leave for Junior Prom. Would 
someone like to offer their home? Preferably in Concord.

June 7 - Graduation. The Junior Class parents organize the reception 
after graduation. Parent Chairs are needed?
