[CCHS-2009] THANKSGIVING FOR SENIOR CITIZENS

Every year, CCHS junior class hosts the 
Thanksgiving Luncheon for Senior Citizens of 
Concord and Carlisle in the high school 
cafeteria. This year, Class of 2009 Students and 
Parent Advisors are organizing and planning this 
autumn event on Saturday, November 17th from 9:30am – 3:30pm.

Below is a description of the time table to run 
this luncheon and requested support for a 
successful event.  Please note: LOCATION for all 
Drop-off items and Volunteers is the CCHS cafeteria.

25 parents to donate 25 Turkeys (15-18 lbs)
When needed - Friday, 11/9:  7:30am -1pm

20 parents to donate 20 gallons cider
15 parents to donate 15 gallons water
20 parents to donate 25-30 pies
When needed - 11/17:  9:30 -11am
