[CCHS-2009] GRADUATION RECEPTION

Your Help is Needed

Each year the junior class provides a lovely reception for the 
graduates and their families after graduation. The date is Saturday, 
June 7. Thank you to Kathleen Sills and Ellen Quackenbush as well as 
Patty Hecht for chairing this event. Many are needed to help with 
this event for various tasks. There is a need for co-chairs for the following:

(Note: To make the jobs easier, there is a detailed description, 
pictures etc of everything needed for this event-thanks to Nicole 
Benicasa who chaired this last year.)

Cookie Organizer: Thanks to Alex Ward who has already volunteered to 
co-chair this-one more is needed. Please e-mail if you are available

Many more will be needed to bake cookies, help set up, serve, etc.

Thanks so much for your continued support; let's send off the Class 
of 2008 with a nice event.
