[CCHS-2010] CCHS - AOL User Problem

It has come to my attention  that members on our class list who are AOL customers have not been receiving all of the CCHS communications that we distribute by email. Unfortunately, we haven't been able to come up with a quick fix for this problem. AOL has changed its spam filters and it is no longer sufficient to simply designate our emails as "friend not foe."  We also know that the all school communications, which include the monthly newsletter, daily announcements, and any other information distributed to the entire school is not appearing in your spam foler.   It is not getting through period.

What to do?
(1) Tell AOL. Call them or email them to report the problem.

(2) Access what you're missing by visiting our archives: http://www.lists.ptg-concord.org/pipermail/cchs/

What NOT to do:
Please do not reply to this email and ask "how do I fix this?" I'm sorry, but I won't be able to help you. Should we learn of a fix we will notify you, but since it appears that the issue resides with AOL.  Should you wish to resubscribe using a non-aol email address, please visit http://www.lists.ptg-concord.org/mailman/listinfo.  You will have to complete the same subscription process as a new subscriber (including having your student's ID number handy).
