CCHS Graduation Reception - 

Cookie Bakers and Water Needed

 

Thank you to everyone who has responded to assist with the Graduation Reception on June 9th. The Junior Class sponsors this reception (we welcome any volunteers from all classes). We are in desperate need of cookie (or bar) bakers. To date we have only 25 bakers and are in need of a minimum of 15 more. We are asking each volunteer to bake 4 dozen cookies or individual bar type treats. Bakers should contact Patti Worth (Paleologos) directly at PWORTHAPIC at aol.com or call 978-369-7263 to volunteer and obtain additional information about cookie preparation and drop off.

 

Donations of water bottle cases are also needed. Volunteers to work at reception continue to be welcomed as well as monetary donations. Contact Jill Robitaille at jb.robitaille at verizon.net or 978-287-4631. 

 

Donated items can be dropped off at the CCHS Cafeteria between 12 noon and 2pm on June 9th. If needed, other arrangements for drop off can be made with Jill Robitaille.
