Just a reminder that the FINAL Masquerade Planning Meeting is TONIGHT.  See details below.

Thanks to everyone who has offered to loan a punchbowl - it looks like we have enough now.  However, we could still use setup and breakdown help so if you are available for either please email directly to joycehogan at gmail.com or just speak up at tonight's meeting.  Hope to see you there!


MASQUERADE UPDATE:  Current and potential volunteers, please note that our last large meeting for the Semi is on Monday, May 12th at Joyce Hogan's House 312 Nashoba Rd. (978)808-9521, joycehogan at gmail.com.  Should you be involved already or just interested to be a part of it, you are welcome, students and parents alike.  We are currently seeking additional volunteers for 9:00 A.M. Set-up Saturday, May 31st and breakdown Sunday, June 1st, same time.  We hope you have four hours to spare, but any time at all is greatly appreciated as we will only have initial access to the room on Saturday morning instead of the night before. Lots of people will make it so much easier as we transform the room and garden!!

Do you have an extra large punch bowl that you can spare for that weekend?  We have some gracious donations already, but need 2 more.  If so, let us know.
A great big thank you to all those that are lending us furniture.  We will contact you about picking it up on Saturday A.M., rather than Friday . Still returning on Sunday.

Also, please check-in with your sophomore MASQUERADE goer to reiterate that they MUST arrive before 8:00P.M. and will be turned away if they do not have permission with the administration to do so.  Very strict policy, so check your sports and other commitments.  Notes must be signed by Mr. Badalmont in advance. Sophomores can invite friends from other schools, but they need to be registered at ticket-buying time with name, info and emergency contact in the event that the school has safety concerns during the event.  Remember, the dress is semi-formal, tie and jacket.

Just a few more weeks to our big night, and we're very excited.  Soon, you will see brilliantly student- designed posters and the countdown will begin.  Tickets will be sold at various lunch blocks.
