[CCHS-2010] Electronic version of the Six Flags Permission Slip

Hi Class 2010 -

Just wanted to inform everyone that the Freshman Class is also planning a SixFlags trip and the recent notices in the Daily Bulletin pertain to them (in case you were confused like I was)  Our deadline remains as next Wedn May 28th for all permission slips and payments to be turned in at the Main Office.

Thanks to Bernadette LeBlanc, the permission slip has now been scanned and converted to a pdf document.  You will find it attached to this email.  Besides today's lunch blocks, paper copies of the permission slips are also available on Erin Davis's office door in Special Ed and students can pick up a copy there if you cannot access the pdf. 

So, whichever way is easiest, please help your student with their paperwork if they want to attend this fun class trip!

PS - The Sophomore Semi ticket deadline reamins firm.  No tickets will be available after TODAY.
