[CCHS-2010] TOMORROW'S MOONLIGHT MASQUERADE SOPHOMORE SEMIFORMAL

MOONLIGHT MASQUERADE SOPHOMORE SEMIFORMAL is tomorrow Saturday, May 31st, 2008.  

Almost 400 tickets have been sold and we have far surpassed our goal!  
Doors will open at 7:00P.M. 
Pickup is at 10:30P.M.  
Don't forget that all semiformal guests enter through the twinkling garden and pickup is at the front entrance.  
Tickets will not be sold at the door.  
Doors close @ 8:00P.M. and anyone arriving after that will sadly be turned away (unless specific prior permission has been obtained).
Reminder that dress is semi-formal, jacket and tie. 
Music by DJ and the sophomore's winning band TRANSIENCE!

Volunteers for set up should arrive at the cafe at 9:00A.M. tomorrow and should be done by 1:00P.M. 
Clean-up is 10:30P.M. - 1:00A.M immediately following the dance. 
Chaperones are being confirmed in a separate e-mail. 

Pierre Chiha Photography has offered to photograph our big event and we are very grateful for our CCHS parent Pierre Chiha who is very generously donating his time and talents for us.  Formal pictures will be taken with no sitting fee throughout the evening. Candids may be requested by students at any time.  MASQUERADE images will be available at the following link: www.pierre.com/cchssophsemi08.  This web site will be up and running  24 hours following the event with a downloadable order form.   Everybody will be able to see all of the photos.    Photos will be available with print prices substantially lowered for CCHS attendees.  Papers will be sent home with everyone at the close of the dance.

So, prepare for a wonderful moonlit evening that we have all been anticipating!
