[CCHS-2011] Last Chance to Sign Up for the Gathering Kitchen Event Next Week!

Don't miss this great opportunity!  Please join the other 2011 parent who have signed up for the event next Tuesday evening:
CCHS Class of 2011 Night at the Gathering Kitchen!
We are having this second fun and festive gathering at the Gathering Kitchen, 77 Powdermill Road, Acton on Tuesday, April 8 at 7:00 pm.  Proceeds will go to the CCHS Class of 2011 (they will receive 10 percent of the gross for the evening).
Here's how it works:
Go to the Gathering Kitchen website at www.thegatheringkitchen.com<http://www.thegatheringkitchen.com/>, click on "calendar", then click on the event on the calendar on April 8 at 7:00, and enter the event password "CCHS2011" (case sensitive).
Once you are in the "CCHS 2011" event, sign up for the package you would like.  There are 3 package options: 6 packages of 6 entrees for $135, 9 packages of 6 entrees for $190 and 12 packages of 6 entrees for $245.  Then choose the menu items you would like to make and take home.  You can choose to make 6, 9, or 12 packages of all the same menu items, 6, 9, or 12 packages of all different menu items, or any combination in between.  You will find menu options for April in the "Menus" section on the website.  There are quite a few different delicious meals to choose from.  All participants must register individually and you will need to submit payment when you register.
Then, on April 8th, arrive at The Gathering Kitchen at 7:00 and we'll get busy.  You will go to different stations to assemble the meals you have selected.  It takes about an hour to do the food prep and we have the space until 9:00, so there will be time to hang out with friends too.  We will have beverages and hors d'oeuvres available for drinking and munching as well.  Also, we suggest that you bring a cooler or some container to take your meals home in.
Then, after April 8, enjoy the meals you have prepared!
The deadline for registering is Friday, March 28.  Space is limited, so register today!  We will send a list of all participants later this month.
