[CCHS-2011] RYLA Conference Application

Sophomores: The Rotary Club of Concord is again sponsoring the RYLA
Conference at Worcester Sate College in Worcester, Massachusetts from June
26 to June 28, 2009.  CCHS can nominate up to 10 sophomores for this
conference.  Students selected will have to go through the interview
process with a representative from the Rotary Club.  Absolute Deadline for
students to submit the application form to Mrs. Coleman is February 23,
2009.  Students will be nominated based on leadership potential, good
citizenship, desire to attend the conference and scholarship.  The
application form is attached. Application form may also be picked up in
the main office.
