[CCHS-2011] Parent Volunteers Needed to Host CCHS Graduation Reception on June 12th

ATTENTION CLASS OF 2011 PARENTS:  VOLUNTEERS NEEDED TO HOST CCHS GRADUATION RECEPTION ON JUNE 12th

The Junior Class is in need of volunteers to assist with the Graduation Reception scheduled for Saturday, June 12th. This event is hosted by the Junior Class (we are grateful for Sophomore and Freshman parent volunteers as well). We are especially in need of volunteers to assist between noon and 5:00 pm at CCHS on June 12th.  There are also other ways you can support this event if unable to help on the 12th.  All assistance is welcomed.

--Cookie Donations: We need 35 people to bake 3 dozen cookies each to be dropped off ahead of time.  Contact Diane George or Emily Bliss directly at digeorge1 at comcast.net<mailto:digeorge1 at comcast.net> or ebliss1 at aol.com<mailto:ebliss1 at aol.com>  )

--Volunteer on the Day of Reception: we need many able bodies to assist with set up and food/drink preparation from noon - 3 pm, serving from 3 - 4:30 pm, and cleanup from 4 - 5pm. --Donate a case or two of 8 oz or 16 oz water bottles or gallon jugs

--Loan us your Plastic Punch Bowl & Ladle

--Loan us your Large Cooler or Galvanized Tub

--Make a Monetary Donation to offset cost of reception
