[CCHS-2011] Volunteers Needed for CCHS Graduation Reception!

CALLING ALL 2011 PARENTS:  VOLUNTEERS DESPERATELY NEEDED TO HELP WITH CCHS GRADUATION RECEPTION ON JUNE 12th!!

The Junior Class is responsible for hosting the Graduation Reception for over 1200 people.  We need your help!!

Cookie Donations: We still need 25 people to bake 3 dozen cookies each to be dropped off ahead of time.  Bakers, please contact Diane George or Emily Bliss directly at digeorge1 at comcast.net<mailto:digeorge1 at comcast.net> or ebliss1 at aol.com<mailto:ebliss1 at aol.com>  )

Volunteers on the Day of Reception: we still need the following helpers on Saturday June 12th:
*        Noon - 2pm:  6 people (set up and food/drink preparation)
*        2pm - 4pm:  12 people (serve)
*        4pm - 5pm:  1 person (cleanup)

Drinks:  Donate a case or two of 8 oz or 16 oz water bottles:  We still need 20 cases of water!

          Plastic (or sturdy) Punch Bowls & Ladles (need 8)
          Large Coolers (need 8)
Large Tubs (need 2)
