[CCHS-2011] OPEN/OFF CAMPUS PRIVILEGES FOR 10-11 INFO AND PERMISSION SLIPS

Greetings All, 

Attached is a memo which outlines the eligibility criteria for open or off-campus privileges and the permission slips for both next year's senior and junior classes.  Please read the memo first and then complete the form (parent and student signatures required).

The forms need to be returned to the main office by June 18th of this school year!  Please note the the parental permission forms are just one part of what makes you eligible for open or off-campus privileges, so you must wait for written notification before assuming your have the privilege.

Also, note that the eligibility doesn't roll over; if you had "open"
campus privileges junior year, it doesn't mean you will qualify for "open"
or "off" campus your senior year.

Please review the materials, complete the form and return it to the office before June 18th.

You will be notified in the summer mailing whether or not you have qualified for open or off-campus privileges for next school year.
