<p class=MsoNormal><b><u><span style='color:black'>Tickets</span></u></b><span
style='color:black'>: Prom</span><span style='color:red'> </span><span
style='color:black'>tickets will be on sale in the CCHS cafeteria during all
three lunch blocks Tuesday, April 27 through Friday, May 7. Ticket price is $65
per person.</span><span style='color:red'> </span><span style='color:black'>Checks
are payable to CCHS Class of 2011. Persons for whom the ticket cost proves a
problem should please contact Mr. Pennucci (<a

Junior is going with another Junior that each buy his or her own ticket. Going

<p class=MsoNormal><b><u><span style='color:black'>Guest Permission Forms</span></u></b><span
style='color:black'>: Any student bringing someone from a different school
must complete a Guest Permission Form. The form is attached. It can also be
obtained from Mr. Pennucci (Room S11).</span><span style='color:red'> </span><span
style='color:black'>This form <u>must be submitted prior to the purchase of any
ticket to the prom</u>. It must be completed and signed by an authorized
administrator of the guest’s school. This type of permission form is typically
signed by a principal, assistant principal, or in a private school by a
headmaster, dean of students or academic dean. Most schools in our area are
very familiar with this type of request and the main office at the guest’s
school can assist in getting the proper signature. <o:p></o:p></span></p>

<p class=MsoNormal><b><u><span style='color:black'>Schedule:</span></u></b><span
style='color:black'> Students will gather at the high school between 5:30 and
6:00 PM for a required check-in. They will be welcomed by a reception, hosted
by the Sophomore class, as they arrive. <o:p></o:p></span></p>

<p class=MsoNormal><span style='color:black'>The students will begin to board
the buses at 6:00 PM.<b> </b>Many, many<b> </b>families and friends gather
outside of the high school to view this traditional <b><u>Red Carpet</u> </b>walk
to the buses.<o:p></o:p></span></p>

chaperones <b>must</b> travel to and from the Burlington Marriot on the buses
