[CCHS-2012] Sophomore Semi-Formal Planning Meeting - Tues March 16

Tuesday, March 16th 8:45 A.M. - 10:00 A.M. in the CCHS Cafeteria - THE SOPHOMORE SEMIFORMAL  Planning Meeting !


The Sophomore Parent Advisory Council is meeting on that day and looking forward to your company.  Who will be there? Sophomore Parents or CCHS Parents who are interested in helping to host the FIRST Semi-Formal for the CLASS OF 2012!  Everyone is welcome!


We have formed a committee to orchestrate the suggestions for a theme, decorations, food, tickets, music and many other details. Members with talents have identified themselves and this will be a leisurely discussion of areas that need some volunteer time, including: music, decorations, themes, food, pictures, ticket design, etc...all to make this a memorable event.


With a number of volunteers in place, We are looking for CO-CHAIRS to overlook the various groups.


So, come by and meet with other parents and see what's happening.  It's a very exciting time for your sophomore student!
