[CCHS-2012] Sophomore Semi Update

Plans are underway for the Sophomore Semi-Formal Dance on May 1st.  BUT........... we need some help with the Decorations for the "Under the Stars" theme.  Please look over this list and see if you might be able to "loan" any of these items.  Our contact info is at the end of this email.
Betsy, Lauren & Sandra

 1.  The kids would like to have a "Lounge Area" in the cafeteria.  We are looking for couches, sofas, easy chairs -- furniture that you could lend for 24 hours. Furniture would need to be dropped off on Friday Afternoon April 30th (3 to 5pm) @ CCHS, AND then picked up Saturday Night after the Dance (ends at 10:30pm) OR on Sunday Morning.
 2.  "Faux" Ficus Trees
 3.  White "Twinkle Lights"  (please mark with your Name)
 4.  Garden-type Arch-ways.  We already have one donated which is 8 feet with 200 woven lights, but would love to have some others, too.
 5.  Extension cords and surge protectors (Please mark with your name)
 6.  Duct Tape
 7.  Black Tablecloths (for both round and rectangle tables)
 8.  Bushes or Shrubs (real or fake).  Sometimes Nurseries are willing to lend plants for 24 hours....
