[CCHS-2013] Class of 2013 -- Orientation Day is Tuesday September 1st!

Freshman Orientation is this coming Tuesday, September 1st.

The regular bus system WILL be operating on Tuesday, so there is no need to
drive your student to CCHS.  This will be a FULL DAY for all freshmen.
Look in today's Concord Journal (Thursday 27 August) for the bus schedule.

Just like a regular school day, Freshman Orientation will begin at 7:30 AM
and end at 2:11 PM.  Part of the day will be outside doing some physical
activities; we strongly encourage your student to wear "play" clothes
(T-shirts, sneakers, shorts or pants).  We would suggest that they avoid
sandals and skirts, and in general "nicer" clothing.

Your student will not need to bring lunch to Orientation.  A barbeque lunch
will be provided (vegetarian options will be available).  Also, your student
will not need a backpack or school supplies on Tuesday.

Upon arriving at the school, freshmen should check-in outside the auditorium
and then find their assigned group and leaders inside the auditorium.

In addition, we will be selling Class of 2013 T-shirts for $7 each during
Orientation.
