[CCHS] CCHS Parent's Association Notice

Dear CCHS Family,

You are receiving this notice as the first use of our new email 
communication system.  We hope that having this system will make 
communications more timely and useful for members of the CCHS community.

Our first general Parents Association Meeting will be held on Monday night at 
7:30 in the library and the agenda is below.  Everyone is welcome to come and 
hear reports from the various committees and to learn about the plans for the 
coming year.  Mr. Dulong will be at the evening meeting and will also hold his 
monthly parent coffee on Monday morning at 8:30 in Room A-7.  If there are any 
items you would like to add to the agenda please contact Diane Payne at 978-287-
5031 or diane.payne at verizon.net and we will do our best to include them in the 
evening meeting.  Minutes from the meeting will be emailed to all on the list 
which should be helpful for those with other commitments on Monday.  Please 
remind your friends and neighbors to sign up for the email list so they can 
stay informed.
