The following students need to meet with Ms. Spound in H-2 during E block
today:
Alex Antico, Stephanie Bastista, Ashley Castrichini, Courtney Haley, Louis
Kelsey and Mike Viscarrello.
Funka-who? That's right, Funkasaures Rex! If you enjoy music, then you'll
probably like this band! If you want to see them live, stop by the WIQH
studios today from 3:00 to 4:00 to watch Funkasaures Rex go insane! If you
can't make it in person, tune in to 88.3 FM, WIQH for all the sweet, sweet
music.
Sunshine, good food, fun and learning...find out more about the weeklong
trip to Spain this April vacation. Students can sign up today or Monday
for interviews on the signup on the door of L9.
If you have questions, contact Ms. St. Jean or Ms. Antkowiak.
Cathleen Howard will be presenting a workshop called Mindful Approaches
To The Practice & Playing of String Instruments. The workshop will be
held next Wed. Nov. 12 @ 7pm. in the Orchestra Room. Student
participants should bring: their instrument, a short musical piece,
notebook & water. This workshop is made possible by the Concord Ed Fund.
World Cultures Book Club The first discussion meeting times are posted
outside H09. If you have questions see Mrs. OConnor or Ms. Carr
Attention Seniors: If you have a college deadline for Dec. 1 your student
consent form MUST be turned in to Mrs. Tessari by Thurs. Nov. 13th .
There will be a meeting of ALL Boys Basketball candidates (Freshmen, JV &
Varsity)on Wed. Nov. 12th @ 2:30pm in then Faculty Dining Room.
TOYS Club (Teaching Our Youngsters Science) will NOT meet today. We will
resume our weekly meetings next Friday after school.
On Nov. 11th the Skate Park Committee of Concord will be taking a field
trip to a skate park in Charlestown to ride & test out the equipment.
The equipment is the same as what is being planned for Concord. For $10.
The bus will leave @9am and return @1pm. Contact T.L. Liakos at The Hunt
Gym.
Attention Juniors! The magazine drive button of the day numbers are 358
& 370. Dont forget to turn in your orders during lunch today at the
table outside the Caf. You could win a mini-fridge or reach into the
cash box!! Today is the last day!!
All juniors who are interested in volunteering for the annual Thanksgiving
luncheon for senior citizens on Saturday November 22nd, should see Laura
Belkner, Ms. Moore or Ms. Fenton. You will earn community service hours
for participating in this event.
