DAILY BULLETIN

Any CCHS band wanting to audition for The Battle of the Bands must send at
least one representative to a meeting at 2:30 this afternoon at the radio
station.  Audition times will be assigned so make sure you know when your
band members will be available to audition on either December 3rd or 5th.

Attention All Seniors : If you have a college deadline for Dec. 15th the
Student Consent Form must be turned in to Mrs. Tessari by Dec. 1!

Intramural Girls Basketball will be held in the lower gym on Thurs. from
2:30 to 4:15pm.

There will be a meeting @ 6pm on Tues. Nov. 25th to discuss the first 3
Chapters of Listening to Prozac by Peter Kramer.

Tickets for the Thanksgiving Day Football game between CCHS & Bedford will
be on sale from Mrs. Hammer in the Main Office until Wed. Nov. 26th from
7:30-12:30.  Pre-game tickets are $4
Tickets on game day will be $5.

World Cultures Book Club has read The Da Vinci Code.  
Is there no hope for the widow’s son?  We meet to discuss the whole book
on Friday @ 2:15 in H-9.

With winter sports right around the corner WIQH is holding a special
meeting. Anybody interested in announcing or any facet of sports
broadcasting report to the radio station Tuesday at 2:15. Broadcasting
slots will be awarded primarily to those who attend. So if you know
anything about basketball, hockey, or any other winter sport, or are just
interested in broadcasting be there. If you have any questions or you
cannot attend but want to be on the list see David Pedra or Ilan Levin
anytime before the meeting.

Everyone planning to attend the Amnesty Write-a-Thon should meet in front
of the building at 3:45pm so we can organize rides, please let Ellie know
if you  are coming.

The HRG will meet this afternoon at 2:15 sharp in the Little Theater –
PLEASE be on time.  The limos will leave 5 minutes later, and we don’t
want anyone to miss our journey into the Arabian Desert.

Would you like to play squash? Well, here is your chance to receive
professional instruction and play with other CCHS students at a local
club!  Come to an organizational meeting on Monday, Nov. 24th in A-8 at
2:15.  Beginners are welcome!!  See Heather Gladstone for details.

The orchestra is selling Stollen, a German holiday bread which is made
with rum soaked fruits and nuts for $13.00. It is makes a nice hostess
gift or a tasty treat.  Delivery is made to the orchestra room every
Friday.  Place your orders with an orchestra member or come by the table
at the high school on Dec 4.

Spirit Assembly performers are listed in front of H-15.  All performers
must have a rep.  Meet w/Mr. Sapp on Tues. the 25th after school in H-15.

The Battle of the Bands is coming.  That means it is time for the Battle
of the Bands t-shirt design contest.  All designs should include “WIQH”
and a music theme.  All entries must be in by Wednesday December 3rd
(that's the Wednesday after Thanksgiving.)  Please hand them to Ellie
Willard or put them in her mailbox at the radio station.  The winner of
the contest will receive a free shirt and a ticket to the Battle.  Stop by
WIQH if you want more info.
