The deadline for registration for AP exams is Friday, March 19. The cost
of each exam is $82. Registration is with Mrs. Trainor in the Main Office.

Trivia Question for today: What group recorded a song called Kryptonite?

Sign up for The 1st Annual Trivia Contest to be held March 19th @ 7pm in
the cafeteria.  Teams up to six are welcome or you can join a table that
has fewer. Check out the posters around the school.

The Attendance Review Board will be meeting Monday @ 2:30 in A-7. 

Tickets are on sale for the AIDS benefit concert (on Sat. March 13th )
this week in the caf. & after school @ the bake sale.  Tickets are $20.
State Radio, Jingle Bears, Split Level & others will be there.

Seniors! The Class of ’04 has been challenged by the Concord Police Dept.
to a game of basketball on April 2nd @ 7pm.  Any senior interested in
representing the class should stop by the science office & put their name
in the open lottery. Players will be randomly selected.  Don’t miss out on
this one!

There will be NO HOMEROOM today.

TOYS club will meet today after school in S-11.  Please bring your
assigned supplies.

Attention former JV girls basketball players.  We will be meeting @ 2:30
in H-2 on Mon. March 8.  Please bring 5 dollars with you – if
transportation is a problem, ride the A-Train

Come down to the WIQH studio on Monday from 6-7 to see Nora Lawrence
perform her original songs live on the Beat:Reflections Radio.  If you
can’t make the show tune in and listen to WIQH 88.3fm.


Attention any members of the scifi club who want to be ambassadors about
Japanese animation and anime - you must attend a mandatory meeting after
school on Monday in H-11 with Mr. Nurenberg.  It will only take about 10
minutes, but you need to come if you want to be an ambassador.

The History Reading Group will meet this afternoon at 2:30 in H-8.  If you
are interested in the upcoming film about war atrocities and dinner combo,
please show up to get the necessary information.

The Concord Police Department will be sponsoring RAD for and adult
females. RAD is Rape Aggression Defense Systems, which is a realistic
self-defense program teaching risk reduction and avoidance strategies,
including hands-on defense training. RAD is not a martial arts program.
This is a five-week course using simple and easy to learn techniques,
providing an effective and proven method of self-defense for females. High
School females are encouraged to participate. RAD classes will be held
Tuesday evenings on March 16, 23, 30, and April 6, 13. Class times are
6:30PM to approximately 8:45PM. The first class, March 16th, 6:30PM will
be held at the Concord Police Department. The remaining classes will be
held at the Alcott School gymnasium. Class size is limited, to register
