[CCHS] Graduation

Good morning to all,
	As has become my custom around graduation time I am spending lots of time
checking on weather. I am tuned in to four different web sites as well as
local news casts. At this moment (9:00AM Friday) each of the four is
giving slight variations of the same message - lots of clouds, light rain
or drizzle moving in sometime in the afternoon (this is the part that has
the most variation - how early, how much, what is the chance at all).
Given the conflicting information there can be no definitive statement
regarding "indoors or outdoors" at this moment.

	However, I fully recognize that outdoors is almost always preferable to
indoors. Therefore, if it is at all possible or reasonable to have the
graduation outdoors that is where we will have it. If the morning weather
is simply cloudy and the forecasts for the afternoon continue to be for
light rain or drizzle we will be outdoors - plan accordingly, dress
appropriately. If the forecasts are for heavy rain, thunder storms, etc.
we will be indoors. I have to make the decision by mid morning (certainly
by noon) because we need time to set up the site. I will use this vehicle
to send out information. I know that some members of the graduation class
are not included on this listserve. Please call your friends, neighbors,
etc or forward this message. Please check this email site tomorrow. 

	If we do have to go indoors each graduate has been given three tickets
for the gym and three for the auditorium. Please respect the number and
site of those tickets.
