[CCHS] phones at cchs

Hello everyone,

	I think some of you have found this out already - 

	We are in the process of installing a new phone system at the high school
and in the Concord Schools. At the moment, and for the next couple weeks,
we have only limited phone service. Calling out is not a problem. every
phone in the building works fine for calling out. However, incoming calls
are a real problem. Only one phone line works (978-318-1400). That phone
rings on Louisa's desk. If she happens to be at the desk when it rings she
will answer and transfer the call, if possible. However,  I hope you
understand that she is very busy with many tasks at this time of year.
Until next week she is the only secretary working in the office. Sometimes
the phone does not get answered. The voice mail boxes are not yet
established. If you happen to get an opportunity to leave a voice mail
message it is stored someplace that is inaccessible to us. Also, the fax
machine is not yet hooked up on the new system. 
	
	The best way to reach the school is via email. Indeed, the only reliable
way to reach the school is via email. I expect all of this to be resolved
before the opening of school. In the meantime please be patient, enjoy the
last couple weeks of summer.
