To those having trouble receiving, accessing or reading the CCHS Monthly Newsletter:

Louisa Coleman emailed the October newsletter to you earlier today.  If you did not receive it or are having trouble reading it, may we suggest the following:

1.  Make sure your email system is set to receive attachments.  Since the newsletter is sent as a PDF attachment, you will not receive it if your system preferences are set to block attachments.

2.  Make sure that you have a current version of Acrobat Reader on your computer.  Acrobat Reader can be downloaded - free of charge - at the following website.  Simply follow the links and instructions provided by Adobe:   http://www.adobe.com

3.  Check your spam files or settings within your email program, making certain that you are not blocking any CCHS email addresses.   Those not familiar with this process might call your service provider and ask for technical support or customer service.  AOL, Comcast, MSN and others will gladly walk you through this process.
