+++++ *NO PA MEETING/COFFEE ON MONDAY, JANUARY 10 +++++
The PA meeting which was scheduled for January 10 has been cancelled. The
next meeting/coffee will be on Monday, February 7, at 7:30 p.m. in the
Library (please note that this is a change from the previously announced
date of February 14). If you have any matters to bring to the attention of
the PA, please call Diane Campbell Payne at 978-287-5031.  Thank you.

+++++ **SENIOR SAFARI +++++
Don¹t forget, next Tuesday night, January 11, at 7:30 p.m. in Room A-7, the
first Senior Safari meeting of the year will be held. Come to help plan the
all-night graduation party held here at the school for graduating seniors.
Everyone at the school helps to provide this fun and safe way for our
graduates to celebrate together. Join a committee, bring a friend. It is
great to meet new people and fun to work together to pull this event off.

+++++ ***A CONVERSATION WITH OUR SCHOOL SUPERINTENDENTS +++++

The League of Women Voters of Concord/Carlisle (LWVCC) is sponsoring a
public forum, ³A Conversation with our School Superintendents², Wednesday,
January 12, at 7 p.m. in the Corey Auditorium at the Carlisle Public School.
The LWVCC will welcome superintendents William Callahan of Minuteman
Regional High School, Marie Doyle of Carlisle Public Schools, and Dr. Brenda
Finn of Concord Public Schools and Concord Carlisle Regional School District
for a discussion of the future of education in our towns. Bring your
questions, opinions, and concerns and enter into the dialogue. Members of
the Concord and Carlisle communities are encouraged to attend. Refreshments
will be provided. (Directions: The Carlisle School with Corey Auditorium is
located on Church Street. Coming up Lowell Road/Concord Road, turn right
onto Church before you arrive at the Carlisle rotary then stay on Church
straight through the intersection. The school and parking will be on the
right. Coming up Monument Street/River Road, turn left onto Bedford
Road/Rte. 225 then just past the rotary turn left onto School Street then
left at the next intersection onto Church. The school and parking will be on
the right. Look for League of Women Voters signs which will be posted to
direct you.)
