NOTICE FOR TUES. NIGHT:
All Adult Ed activities are cancelled as of 6pm tonight. That includes
Music Lessons, Drivers ED classes and Adult Ed. Classes.
The Sixth and Seventh trials of the first round of the 11th annual moot
court competition will take place this Thursday and Friday afternoons in
Room H6 at 2:20. On Thursday March 10th Abend and Eisenstat take on Hart
and Donoghue and on Friday March 11 Lane and Reed take on Serr and Smith.
All are invited - please be on time.
Last week the Supreme Court ruled that executing juveniles is
unconstitutional. Come discuss this @ Jr. State on today @6-7pm in H-3.
Attention sophmores. Start thinking about the semi. Today is the first
planning session in H-11 @ 2:30. This years theme is Paris! Questions
see Sarah Myers.
All wrestlers MUST turn in their uniforms to Mr. Capone today.
Hello CCHS! UNITY is sad to announce that the Multi-Cultural Food Fest
will NOT be taking place this year, but we have big plans for next year so
keep your ears peeled. I know you all are disappointed, so we are going
to "do the right thing" and show Spike Lee's Do The Right Thing as an
opening meeting for the new and improved Multi-Cultural Reading Group
(formerly known as UNITY).
We'll meet this afternoon at 2:25 in H-14. Please come and join us! We'll
be gin talking about Danzy Senna's novel Caucasia next week! Check us out!
The Concord-Carlisle Scholarship application is due no later than Fri.,
April 1st. All applications must be passed into Mrs. Tessari.
Applications will not be accepted after this date.
APs are $82 per exam. Please make check payable to CCHS. Sign up with
Mrs. Trainor in the main office through March 18th.
The Middlesex West Chamber of Commerce will award two scholarships to
graduating seniors at CCHS. Please see Mrs. Coleman for an application
form. Deadline is April 1.
Attention sophomores
Applications are now being accepted for the 13th Annual District 7910
Rotary Youth Leadership Awards Conference to take place June 24-June 26th.
For more information and an application see Mrs. Coleman in the main
office. Application Deadline is April 1st.
Weight Lifting Contest? Starting today through 18th come & attempt to
improve your Bench Press score & make The Wall of Fame. There are 20
plaques w/240 names on the wall. Can you bench 300 pounds? two are at
285. Who will be the first CCHS girl to reach 150 pounds.
