The Voice will be holding a meeting today in H-15 @ 2:10 for article
sign-ups for the last issue of the year.  Anyone interested in
contributing should attend.

CCHS Softball is sponsoring a Home Run Derby at the CCHS softball field
from 11:30 - 2:00  this Sat. April 30th.  Come by and win one of 4 sets of
Red Sox Tickets as well as cash prizes.  There are prizes for 12 and
under, Teens, adults and ladies... as well as a cookout.  Come  out all
you heavy hitters and support the team!

Attention Freshman!!  Listen to this announcement.  Hey Freshman!  Do you
want to ride superman with Mr. McGrath and Ms. Giunta?  The Freshman class
is going to Six Flags next Saturday, May 7th.  Permission slips will be
handed out in homeroom this Friday and due back by  the following
Wednesday!  Don't miss the Freshman Class trip to Six Flags next
Saturday!!!

Attention Seniors: tickets for the Pawtucket Red Sox game on May 30th will
go on sale tomorrow, April 29th during lunch blocks.  Tickets price $15,
includes transportation, all you can eat barbecue, game  and fireworks
after.

Serious Repercussions will meet today from 2:30 - 4:00 in the band room .

The deadline for the return of all library materials is May 14. You cannot
get your cap & gown until all materials are returned.

CC Unplugged, the 1st acoustic school concert is here.  Featuring FID, the
Retrogrades, Jarred and many more.  Tickets are being sold in the caf.
this week.  Hope to see you this Friday @7:30pm.

Come to a debate on abortion hosted by the Third Wing Thursday @ 2:30 in
the Little Theater. Hear both pro-life and pro-choice debators discuss the
scientific, legal and moral aspects of abortion,

A Reminder to all seniors: Please turn in your community service hours by
tomorrow Friday, April 29.

A new location for the school store is opening today after school in the
L-building by the double doors.  Make sure to stop by and check us out
before you go home!

Please do not take anything of value into the gym locker rooms.

"Senior Project Students: Do not forget the mandatory and most important
class this Friday in H-10.  Don't lose credit now !  Be there ! "

"If you are taking the AP English Test in May, stop by the English Office
and pick up a packet to give you some handy-dandy hints on strategies."

Congratulations to Sean DeBruzzi for being named to the National High
School Academic All-America Team.

Men’s Chorus will rehearse today after sschool in I-6.  We will work on
“Prayer of the Children”.  It’s not too late to join.



"Hey All WIQH members, remember that sweatshirt and sweatpants order forms
are due TOMORROW Friday, April 29th. Turn yours in to Ned, Alicia or any
manager by 2:15pm. It's not to late to pick up an order form as long as it
is in by tomorrow right after school."

The fourth trial of the second round of the 11 Annual Moot Court
Competition will be this Friday at 2:20 in Room H-6.  Noble and
Offenheiser take on Holland and O'Laughlin.  All are welcome - please be
on time.

CCTV Community Production Training begins Thursday May 5th, 7-9pm in the
CCTV studio and runs Thursday nights until June 16th.  Spaces are limited.
 To reserve a spot email info at concordtv.org and mention "training" in the
subject line.  CCTV supports people interested in producing their own
cable program of working on film production crews to cover local events.
CCTV and your community need your vision, your energy and your support.

The Thoreau School is looking for 8-10 Community Service Volunteers to
help with the Annual Cake Walk carnival, to be held at Thoreau on
Saturday, May 7th, from 2:00 to 4:00 p.m.~ They need student volunteers to
help with face painting, hair streaking, tattoo parlor, arts & crafts and
more.~ They are also interested in anyone~who can juggle or do magic
tricks. This fun volunteer work can be applied toward Community Service
hours.~ For more information, see the flyer posted on the Main Office
window, or contact Courtney Fraser at 978 369-8396.~ Thank you.

TRANSCRIPT MONEY IS DUE NOW.  YOU WILL NOT RECEIVE YOUR GRADUATION
INVITATIONS OR CAP & GOWN UNLESS THIS IS PAID IN FULL.  

PLEASE INFORM  MRS. TESSARI OF YOUR FINAL DECISION OR OF ANY OTHER PLANS
THAT YOU MAY HAVE FOR THE YEAR FOLLOWING GRADUATION
	
Seniors check the window in the main office for the Materials Not Returned
list.   These items need to be cleared up in order to graduate.

The parking in front of the school including around the islands and at
times on the islands themselves, has become a safety issue. The Concord
Police Department and Concord Fire Department ask that motorists obey and
respect the No Parking signs that are posted. Should an emergency occur it
is important that emergency vehicles have access and not be impeded by
illegally parked vehicles. The fine for parking in a No Parking zone is
$15.00. Thank you for your cooperation. 

Please be advised that walking on the train tracks behind school is an
arrestable offense.  The Concord Police will be monitoring activity on the
train tracks.  Please do not walk on the tracks or you will be trespassing.
