There will be an Amnesty International meeting tonight from 5:30-6:30 in
H-5.  We’ll be planning the barbeque and talking about human rights.

ALL NEW MEMEBERS OF THE NATIONAL HONOR SOCIETY A MEETING OF NHS WILL BE
HELD ON WEDNESDAY
 AT 2:15 IN THE LITTLE THEATER

ANY MEMBERS INTERESTED IN RUNNING FOR A POSITION ON THE EXECUTIVE
COMMITTEE SHOULD SUBMIT HIS/HER NAME TO DOCTOR FUREY BY TUESDAY

There will be a mandatory meeting for everyone interested in trying out
for varsity golf in the fall on Thursday, June 9 at 2:15 in S-26.

Former students of Alcott first grade teacher Betsy Warren White are
invited to her retirement party to be held on Friday, June 10th at 3:45 in
the cafeteria of the new Alcott school. There will be lemonade and
cookies. We'll be planting a tree in her honor.

Mr. Rivera will be appearing Thursday, June 16th at 4 pm at the Concord
Bookshop. He will be discussing and signing his new suspense thriller, The
Almighty.
