There will be a yearbook meeting on Monday at 2:10 in S-8. Anyone
interested in helping with next year's yearbook should attend.
There will be a meeting in the caf. for all women fencing members after
school today. Please see Kate Schaefer or Allie Keller if you are unable
to attend.
End of the year Spectrum party Wed. in H-4, come eat good food, laugh
and talk with friends. All are welcome.
All girls interested in field hockey there will be a mandatory meeting
Tuesday, June 14 @ 2:15 in the faculty dining room. If you cant attend
see Courtney Nelson or Teresa Barton.
Got old sports equipment? Why nnot donate it to underprivileged children.
There will be a new & used sports equipment drive benefiting the Boys &
Girls Clubs of Boston. Drop off equipment at CCHS main office and
Crosbys Market. Questions? Talk to Jake Bilodeau or Zack Haberman.
For all those interested in TOYS Club next year, there will be a short
informational meeting on Tues.,
June 14th @ 2:15 in S-1.
There will be a meeting for all varsity & junior varsity boys basketball
candidates on Tues., June 14th in the Faculty Dining Room @2:30pm.
Do you write or draw? Do you write or science fiction, fantasy, or anime?
Do you want to be published? The Scificlub needs your work and it needs
it fast. Deliver your stories or artwork to Mr. Nurenberg in the English
office by 2:30 on Monday for inclusion in HORIZONS, the scificlub
anthology.
The Ultimate Frisbee Club will meet today in the lower gym parking lot @
2:30. See you there!
There will be a school wide student government assembly during the
homeroom period today. The elections will be held on Monday June 13.

Former students of Alcott first grade teacher Betsy Warren White are
invited to her retirement party today at 3:45 in the cafeteria of the new
Alcott school. There will be lemonade and cookies. We'll be planting a
tree in her honor.
Class of 2006: If you wish to complete the Senior Wellness Project over
the summer or are using a Fall Varsity Sport, please turn contracts in to
Ms. Slocum's box today. Contracts are available outside the Health and
Fitness office on the third floor of the library and also on the CCHS web
site.

Come see the spring play this weekend, Time Flies and Other Plays about
Love and Death. Performances will tonight and Saturday night at 7:30 and
Sunday at 2:30 in the auditorium. Tickets are $10. At the door.
Attention all girls soccer players: There will be a brief meeting
immediately after school on Thursday, June 16th in L-3 for all girls
interested in playing soccer next year.
Mr. Rivera will be appearing Thursday, June 16th at 4 pm at the Concord
Bookshop. He will be discussing and signing his new suspense thriller, The
Almighty.
This summer two middle school teachers, Maria Sira and Courtney Welburn,
will be offering a language summer camp during the month of July for ages
5-10. Both French and Spanish culture and language will be addressed. The
camp will meet twice a week for 2-hour sessions. The sessions will take
place at the Concord Public Library. This will be an exciting opportunity
for little ones to be exposed to other cultures and languages. Call by

If youre interested in Reids Ride the 28 mile bike-athon on July 24th
to help eliminate cancer in young adults please pick up a form from the
main office or speak to Jane Greeno.
The parking in front of the school including around the islands and at
times on the islands themselves, has become a safety issue. The Concord
Police Department and Concord Fire Department ask that motorists obey and
respect the No Parking signs that are posted. Should an emergency occur it
is important that emergency vehicles have access and not be impeded by
illegally parked vehicles. The fine for parking in a No Parking zone is
$15.00. Thank you for your cooperation.
Please be advised that walking on the train tracks behind school is an
arrestable offense. The Concord Police will be monitoring activity on the
train tracks. Please do not walk on the tracks or you will be trespassing.
