[CCHS] yearbook reminder

Tomorrow (Monday, December 5th) is the last day to order a 2005-2006
yearbook. A limited number of additional copies will be ordered, so if you
think you might want one, please order one. The cost of yearbooks is $75.75
(without a name stamp) and $81.75 (with a name stamped on the cover). All
yearbooks get ordered through Herff Jones, not through CCHS. If you have
misplaced your order form, please email me and I will send you the order
form by attachment. If you would like to order by phone, please call Herff
Jones at 1-866-287-3096 (Mon. through Fri. from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Central
Time). If you would like to order on line, please go to
www.herffjones.com/theordercenter. Online orders can be processed with a
credit card or checking account. Your order number (our account number) is
