Does the United States have a moral obligation to protect citizens from
dangerous cultural customs? Come to Junior State this Wednesday from 6 to
7 in H-3 and voice your opinion!
The Film Club will finish watching THE GOOD, THE BAD, and the UGLY today
in H-11 @2:10. We will also plan what movie we will watch next so bring
some suggestions.
Come join us for a SADD meeting Friday @2:10 in S-27. We will be
discussing plans for Health Week and other up-coming events.
Come join the circus! And build the sets, too! The Theatre Tech Crew
wants your help constructing the sets for the upcoming musical "Barnum".
If you think you might be interested, come to a meeting after school this
afternoon in the auditorium. Absolutely no experience is needed!
There will be a very brief meeting of the Spring Reuttgers Seminar
students today after school in the main office.
Students are reminded to please keep food in the A-building only. Please
dont bring food into any other parts of the school and please remember to
clean up after yourselves.
Attention Seniors
Seniors who have received their college admissions decisions should see
Mrs. McDonald in the Guidance Department as soon as possible.
Stephen Lezin please see Mrs. Coleman today.
Parents If you are a class advisor and put events on the calendar via
the calendar meeting please call Mrs. Trainor with more info. The only
info she receives is that the event is happening on a date she gets no
time, room, or what you might need. If she doesnt have info on event
then the school will not be opened for you because we will assume that it
is canceled. Mrs. Trainor needs this info at least 45 days before the
event to put it on the custodial schedule the last week of the month
before (for Jan. events it was done Dec. 20th).
There will be a brief meeting for all parents of students involved in the
musical "Barnum" (cast, pit orchestra and tech crew) on ~Thursday, January
12, at 7 p.m. in Room A-7 at CCHS. ~Important information regarding
schedules
and expectations will be provided. ~"Feed the Kids" forms and personal
tribute ad forms will be distributed. ~If your student is involved in the
show and you won't be able to attend, please send an email to
president at ccpops.org with your contact information so you can be added to
a parent email list for the show. ~
CCTV is the new TV studio at CCHS! It's in I Building, down the hall from
WIQH. The studio opens at 2 PM weekdays, stop by and check it out! "Don't
just watch TV. Make TV!"
Every Monday night at 6:30 PM the studio is open for YOUTH PRODUCTIONS.
High School students are invited to meet up with Mr. Joyce and TV producer
Charlie Stuart, and make plans for some very cool TV productions.
