Help support the CCHS Class of 2008 by participating in an
 “Elimination Raffle”

What is that?	A fun night out for all parents (no students allowed)!! 
Parent party!!
			Only 250 tickets are sold.  Each ticket admits two people to a dinner
and
			party.  There will also be a live band!  As the numbers are drawn, they
are 
			eliminated from the raffle.  The last one drawn wins $10,000! 
Survivor-like!!
			(You do not need to be present to win.  Must be 21 to attend event, but
only 18 to buy a ticket!)

Is that it?		There are other options.  When we get down to the last 10
people, they
			could opt to split the money!  Or the last 5 people!  Or the last 2
people!  

How?			You can get your ticket by filling out the bottom portion of this
form 
			and sending it back with your check to the Class of 2008.  An actual
ticket
			with your prize number will be recorded by us and mailed to you.

How much?	Each ticket is $100.  You can split the cost with 1, 2, up to 10
people.  
			But, you have to split the winnings too!

When?		The dinner/dance will be March 24th, 2006 at the Maynard Elks

When the elimination gets down to 10 people, all 10 have to be present to
agree to split the winnings or we continue eliminating.  If you are not
present that night, we need to know if you are willing split or not.
