[CCHS] Annual Appeal - Thank You!!

Dear CCHS Families,

     Once again, let me say Thank You to the many, many CCHS families who have so generously donated to the 2006 Annual Appeal Campaign.  A few weeks ago, I was thrilled to thank the first 135 families who contributed.  Since that time, we have more than doubled our donations and the number of families who have responded!  Currently, 250 very generous families have sent checks, notes of praise and encouragement for our incredible faculty, and words of thanks to the Parents Association for all that it does for our students.   

     The push is now on for the reminder of CCHS families to lend a helping hand!  The Annual Appeal is the ONLY Parents Association fundraiser with 100% of the funds designated for staff and faculty grants.    In some cases, our grant money is matched or increased with help from other community organizations, but ALL money raised through the annual appeal is put to work ONLY at CCHS.  In prior years our grant money has funded Smart Boards, purchased digital cameras and other audio visual equipment, funded equipment for the art department, language department, science department, programs for the special education and English departments, upgrades to the physical education department, the nurses office, the library and the radio station - just to name a few.  Virtually every department and every student has seen the benefits of our efforts.  This year too, we will make a difference!

     We have received donations ranging from $5 to $2,500.  No donation is too large and no donation is too small.  Each and every contribution counts!  Our grants review process is about to begin, so please, make your donation today!  Checks are to be made payable to 'CCHS Parents Association' and mailed to 70 Alford Circle, Concord, MA 01742.
