ATTENTION ALL SENIORS
TRANSCRIPT MONEY IS DUE NOW.  YOU WILL NOT RECEIVE YOUR CAP & GOWN
UNLESS THIS IS PAID IN FULL.  

PLEASE INFORM MRS. TESSARI OF YOUR FINAL DECISION OR OF ANY OTHER PLANS
THAT YOU MAY HAVE FOR THE YEAR FOLLOWING GRADUATION.

Have any old cell phones or used ink cartridges lying around the house? 
If so, there is a box in the office for them.  They will be recycled and
given to families who are trying to adopt children.  Try to get them in by
next Thursday, April 13th!  If you have any questions see Cate Medeiros or
Katie Deisenroth.

The parents advisory board of the freshman class is holding a dance for
all freshman on tonight from 7:30-10:30 pm. at the Concord Elks Club on
Baker Ave. Tickets will be on sale for $10 during lunch in the cafeteria
and at the door. Directions to the Elks club can be picked up at the
ticket selling table. 

The Winners of the Reflections short story or non-fiction contests will be
announced on April 12th @ 2:15 in the upper Library. Refreshments will be
provided.

POETS! It’s  Time to enter the English Department's annual Paula Sirois
[pronounced sir-roy]  poetry contest.  Bring your two- or three-poem entry
to the English/Social Studies office by the end of the day next Thursday,
April 13.  Prizes!  Fame!  Literary Glory!  Questions? Ask Mr.Hart or your
English teacher.

Those Sophomores and juniors interested in applying to be members of the
first semester 2006-2007 school year Reuttgers Seminar on Stalin taught by
Ms Carr, please remember to have your one page essay applications into Mr.
Cleary by 9am this morning.  There are no late applications.

Come See The Boston Gay Men’s Chorus perform with CCHS’ select choir in
the auditorium this Sunday April 9th at 3pm. 

5th~Annual Nick Ressler Memorial Blood Drive
~The 5th Annual Nick Ressler Memorial Blood Drive will be held on
Saturday, April~8 from 8:00 AM until 1:30 PM at the First Parish Church
located at 20 Lexington Rd. in Concord.~

Sophomores
Rotary Youth Leadership Awards Conference (RYLA) applications are
available from Mrs. Coleman in the main office.  

48 for 88, for all of this weekend on WIQH. Starting Friday at 2:05 Ben
McGinn and Gary Noke will staying awake for 48 hours of live radio on 88.3
FM, WIQH. There will be many live, local bands over the weekend, and tell
your parents to stop by the radio station Friday night for an open house.

Driver Education with Christo Driving School Tuesdays & Thursdays, April
11 – June 6, 3 – 5 PM or 6 – 8 PM
30 hours classroom instruction, 6 hours behind-the-wheel & 6 hours
observation. Fee: $420.  To Register, call Christo Driving School at

"Fri, Apr 14th and/ or Sat, 15th -help Massachusetts Melanoma Foundation
at 66 Commonwealth Ave. in Concord. We need help with painting and moving

48 for 88 will be during weekend of April 7th on WIQH, Concord when Ben
McGinn and Gary Noke stay awake for 48 hours of live radio on 88.3FM,
WIQH. There will be live bands the whole weekend, including Uncle Babushka
and Jared and the Freshman on Fri @ WIQH. after school, the Retrogrades
and Six Day Slide Saturday @Kimball’s, Make Your Own and The Smyrk late
Sat night @ WIQH, and Dancing Head Orchestra again on Sunday @ IQH!  Also
tell your parents to visit the WIQH studios Friday night for tours.  Check
the WIQH board for more info.

Concord Police will issue tickets for vehicle parked in a fire lane,
restricted areas and for vehicles that drive over
the curb and park on the grass!  Also no student should be parking in the
lower gym lot.  Students are to park only in the student parking lot.

5th~Annual Nick Ressler Memorial Blood Drive
~The 5th Annual Nick Ressler Memorial Blood Drive will be held on
Saturday, April~8 from 8:00 AM until 1:30 PM at the First Parish Church
located at 20 Lexington Rd. in Concord.~ The blood drive is an annual
event held in cooperation with Massachusetts General Hospital to honor
Nick Ressler,~who inspired many in the Concord community with his courage,
hope and perseverance before his death from cancer at age 14.~Your
donation will make a difference to the many people in the Concord and
Carlisle communities who require the specialized care that MassGeneral
Hospital provides to children, adolescents and adults.~~You can give the
gift of life to someone in need of blood products, as over 300 donors did
for Nick during his illness.~ Did you know that 90% of us will need blood
at some point in our lifetime?~ If you are 17 years old or older you may
be eligible to donate.~High school students are especially encouraged to

With the start of the Spring Athletic Season  this week, all students who
drive to school are reminded that parking in the lower gym lot , the lot
behind the upper gym and on the driveway behind the school is NOT allowed
during school day.(7am-6pm).  Students who park in these areas will be
ticketed and possibly towed.

CCTV is the new TV studio at CCHS! It's in I Building, down the hall from
WIQH. The studio opens at 2 PM weekdays, stop by and check it out! "Don't
just watch TV. Make TV!" 
Every Monday night at 6:30 PM the studio is open for YOUTH PRODUCTIONS.
High School students are invited to meet up with Mr. Joyce and TV producer
Charlie Stuart, and make plans for some very cool TV productions. 

There is still space available in many Spring classes for children,
teens,and adults at the Emerson Umbrella Center for the Arts. For complete
