+++++*CHEST HOSTS CHALLENGE TRIATHLON*+++++

The Concord-Carlisle Community Chest will host the Fourth Annual 
Challenge Triathlon on *Sunday, June 4*. The race begins at *8 a.m.* 
from the North Bridge with an 11.5-mile bike loop through Carlisle 
center, a 3-mile run to the South Bridge Boat House, and a 2-mile paddle 
back to the North Bridge. Each leg of the race is completed by two team 
members, with teams comprising two to six people. Team contributions 
benefit local human service organizations. *To register, volunteer, or

Local author and certified college admissions counselor Susan Whalley 
will be speaking* Thursday night, May 11, at 7 p.m. at the Gleason 
Public Library, 3rd floor, in Carlisle*. Admission is free, but
