Please submit any community service completion forms by Monday, June 12.
Initial determination of open and off campus privileges will be determined
by these forms submitted by the deadline.
The Freshman Finale Dance will take place on Friday June 16th from
7:00-10:30pm in the cafeteria. The dress for the dance is semi-formal;
boys should wear khakis, shirt and tie, girls can wear a summer dress or
skirt. Tickets will be on sale for $20 during lunch blocks. If you have
any questions see one of the class officers, Mr. Miller or Mr. Pavlik.
Football equipment will be issued Wed. June 14th. ALL candidates MUST see
Mr. Kerr prior to the 14th.
Cheer Team Try-outs will be held June 12th and 13th at 4pm in the lower
gym. Open practice begins June 5 from 4-6pm. There is an info packet
available from Ms. Hammer.
The class of 2008 will be holding a bake sale on Monday during lunch
blocks and after school. The proceeds will go to AIDS and HIV research.
Any student interested in participating in fall sports, please stop by the
health office and check the status of their physical. Students must have
a current physical on file in the health office to participate in tryouts.
There will be a freshman end-of-the-year dance on next Friday June 16th
from 7:00-10:30pm in the cafeteria. Dates are certainly NOT required nor
encouraged. Limousines are not allowed. The dress for the dance is
semi-formal; boys should wear khakis, shirt and tie, girls can wear a
summer dress or skirt. Tickets will be on sale during lunch blocks next
week. If you have any questions see, Mr. Miller or Mr. Pavlik.
Student volunteers are needed to assist with the 2006 CCHS Graduation
Reception this Saturday, June 10th. The reception takes place immediately
following graduation. Students should arrive at the main door of CCHS at
2:45 pm on Saturday. The reception ends at 4:30 pm. Appropriate dress is
required.
In order to be consistent with our Skate park policy, students are not to
be in the Beebe Recreation Center (pool) during school hours. Whether you
have open or off campus privileges, please do not go in there.
Also, since the pool parking lot is for their customers only, please do
not park there, as they will start using the gates this week.
Concord Police will issue tickets for vehicle parked in a fire lane,
restricted areas and for vehicles that drive over
the curb and park on the grass! Also no student should be parking in the
lower gym lot. Students are to park only in the student parking lot.
The Ultimate Frisbee Club invites everyone who's interested to play
frisbee with us at the lower fields on Tuesday and Friday after school.
You don't have to be on the team to play - just come and have some fun!
