[CCHS] Emergency training

Good morning,

	Attached to this is a poster from Fire Chief Ken Willette and the
Emergency Management Agency of Concord. They are running a training for
their people and need assistance from citizens. This is something that
might be interesting, maybe fun, and for students might provide community
service opportunities.
