[CCHS] yearbook orders

It has been brought to my attention that MANY people have yet to order
yearbooks because they are waiting for a mailing from the publisher (Herff
Jones). The purpose of this email is to let you know that you will *NOT* be
receiving such a mailing this year.* All yearbook orders are being done
through CCHS Yearbook.* Additionally, the *FINAL DEADLINE* for ordering a
2007 yearbook is *Friday, December 1.

Ordering a yearbook is easy.
You can find a form in the most recent (November) CCHS Newsletter.
If you have misplaced your newsletter, I can email you a form or one can be
picked up in the main office with Martha Hammer.
Alternatively, you can write the following information down and include it
with your check.
- Student Name
- Year of Graduation
- Home Phone Number
- If you are ordering a yearbook with a name stamped on the cover what would
you like written (please write VERY clearly).

Yearbooks without a name stamped on the cover cost $75.
Yearbooks WITH a name stamped on the cover cost $80.
Checks should be made out to CCHS Yearbook
If you are ordering multiple yearbooks, you may write one check.
Yearbook orders can be mailed to the high school (to my attention) or
dropped off in my main office mailbox. *If you are mailing your form/check
to the school, please DO NOT mail it after Tuesday, November 28* - it will
not reach the school in time for the December 1 deadline.
