[CCHS] a couple transportation details

Good morning,

	I am writing this to alert you to something that will change after
vacation and to ask your help in something that is a minor inconvenience
for many.

	First, starting after school on January 2nd all the busses will load
students at the front of the building near the cafeteria. Right now there
are Carlisle busses and some West Concord busses that load behind H
Building. That will change after the vacation. Please inform your children
who take the afternoon busses. We will, of course, have announcements here
at school, but your assistance will help assure that no one gets left
behind by virtue of going to the wrong location.

	The second small issue is that it seems that more than half of the auto
drop off in the morning happens between 7:30am and 7:35. Since the first
bell rings at 7:30 and class starts at 7:35 and the heavy traffic
sometimes backs up, we have a fair number of students reporting late to
first class. If some or all of you could plan to arrive sometime before
7:25 we may still get the traffic issue but the students will not be late
to class because of it. Not knowing everyone's personal morning schedule I
am not sure what can be done about it, but anything you could do would be
helpful and appreciated.
