[CCHS] tardiness again

Hello again,

	Two things I forgot in yesterday's message. First, I forgot to attach the
message the secretaries are supposed to read in order to determine excused
or unexcused. Sorry for the inconvenience.

	Second, I should have mentioned that the same excuses apply for dismissal
with regards to excusing the time out of school.
